quickly and accurately whilst interacting with customers is
vital. Tellermate products have a compact
footprint and silent operation to ensure that they are
optimised for use on the counter. All Tellermate models have a
battery option so they are suitable for portable use or where there
is limited access to a power supply.
It is a valuable thing for managers to have real-time
information on branch-wide cash levels and non-invasive
connectivity to a PC means that our customers benefit from
the efficiencies that come with connected transfer of cash
data without compromising their IT security. Our
Bureaux de Change model counts Sterling, Dollars and Euros,
ensuring that the main foreign currencies are smoothly
managed.

General Retail
Information, speed and discreet operation
Tellermate's connected units provide real-time
data, giving customers clear, centralised management
information showing store cash levels, trends in
cash-takings, how well control processes are being followed as well
as highlighting any discrepancies. Our Advanced level
units have multiple count tasks that can be matched to the
various daily tasks such as cashing up and preparing cash to be
collected or banked.
The speed of a cash count using Tellermate equipment means that
tills can be counted quickly for shift changes, spot-checks,
troubleshooting, change disputes or cash removal
whilst minimising customer queuing times and till closures.
Tellermate also provide under counter note safes that can be used
to securely store high value notes without having to transport them
to the back office. Tellermate under counter coin safes can be
used to provide an accessible source of change for a bank of tills
without closing the position or tying up a member of staff for long
periods.

Wholesale
Solving multi-area, high volume challenges
Cash from many transactions and tills requires tight management
control so Tellermate produce solutions with multi-till memory and
reliable connectivity. Multi-till memory allows units to be used
portably, storing data for upload to the cash office PC. When
networked, data from these units can be used centrally, reducing
time-consuming and delayed reporting.
Multiple count tasks are matched to customer processes and
reference numbers can be used to identify till data and operators.
To maximise efficiency, units can also count coupons, manage
different floats and can be customised to suit specific processes
and challenges. Print outs can be generated by till or by total
count allowing managers to get to the information they need quickly
and efficiently. PoS drop safes can be used to secure high value
notes without multiple trips to the main safe, improving cash and
cashier security.

training. Used with a printer, signed cash reports can be produced

programme is perfect for ensuring the long working life of the cash
