Christmas 2009
We are once again approaching the end of the year and as we get
ready for the Christmas break, alongside thanking all of
our customers, distributors and suppliers for their continued
support I would like to communicate our shipping and customer
service arrangements over the Christmas and New Year
period.
The last shipments of new orders to be delivered
before Christmas will leave us on the 22nd Dec., we will
be shipping right up to the 24th Dec. but these
items will arrive at their destination between
29th-30th Dec. Please note that normal
shipments of new orders will resume on the 5th
January.
The offices will be closed for general enquiries from the
afternoon of the 24th throughout the Christmas period
and will reopen on the 4th January.
Our customer support helplines for TellerCover and Warranty
customers will be available from the
29th-31st Dec. to resolve problems over the
telephone and to assist customers with queries, but out next day
swap out service for TellerCover customers will regrettably be
disrupted over the Christmas period until the 4th
Jan. 2010 when all services will be back to normal. To ensure
a prompt swap out service over the Christmas period customers are
asked to report known faults as early as possible on the
24th Dec.
