TellerCover is available with all TY+ and most TY models. Tellercover is a comprehensive customer support programme that takes care of all your training, recalibration and maintenance needs and ensures that you can always count the most recently released Sterling denominations. TellerCover ensures that downtime due to training or equipment failure is minimised, reducing the disruption to your organisation. Our experienced technical advisors are on hand to resolve queries and advise on best practice. TellerCover aims to ensure that we continue to offer our customers the excellent levels of efficiency and accuracy that they expect.

Helpline Support and Training

All employees will have full access to the techinical helpdesk for any support or training requests. This can cover everything from new staff training through to help with problems or changing default settings.

Equipment Replacement

If your Tellermate unit fails and cannot be fixed by our operators over the phone we will arrange a next working day swap out for all calls logged before 1pm.

Accidental Damage

One replacement per machine history to cover accidental damage to your Tellermate. (Does not cover malicious damage).

Currency Upgrades

A free update to your machine to allow you to count any new Sterling notes or coins.

Discount on Consumables

You are entitled to a discount on replacement accessories or consumables that are not covered by the main TellerCover policy and are ordered via the helpdesk.
